No, should be no need to to pair a CameraLink more than once to your SlingStudio. After the initial pairing, SlingStudio remembers the CameraLink and continues to pair with it every time they are both powered up.
Keep in mind that if the CameraLink pairs with another SlingStudio, or if the SlingStudio changes its wireless hotspot name, you will have to re-pair the CameraLink with your SlingStudio.
